The glass screens come in three sizes and are smooth on top and sandblasted matt on the bottom, creating diffuse symmetrical light. The luxurious look of this almost chandelier-like PH 3/2 Academy lamp by Louis Poulsen is unparalleled. Three PH 3/2 lamps are joined together on a frame of high-gloss chrome and illuminate the entire room with sparkling light. The pendant lamp illuminates the ceiling, itself and primarily radiates light downwards that is reflected by the opal glass screens that are fully mouth-blown. These screens are mounted in three sizes so that you never look directly into the light source!
