Exchanges and returns
You have a viewing period of 14 days. This applies to all your orders from the moment you have the order(s) in your possession. After expiry of the trial period, the purchase agreement is a fact.
Immediately upon receipt of the article, check whether the correct article has been delivered and whether it is undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt to report this. If your complaint is justified, you can return the article free of charge and you will of course receive your money back or a new or correct article will be delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your order or part of it, you can return it within the trial period.
To return items, they must meet the following conditions:
- Within the trial period of 14 days;
- in the original packaging of the product, with attached tickets, including the original labels;
- complete, unused and undamaged
- with filled in return form including order number, the shipping costs for the return will be for your account.

How can I return one or more items?
Make sure the return form is filled in correctly and send the package to us. Make sure you keep the proof of shipment so you can check when and if the package was received by us. The amount to be received back will be refunded via the bank.
IMPORTANT: Please keep the shipping receipt you receive when you return the items until you have received the total amount of the returned items. Because without proof of postage, items that have not arrived will not be refunded.
If I return items, will I be refunded the total amount?
If you decide to return items to the webshop, you will receive the total amount within 14 days via the bank back. If you return all items you will also receive a refund of the shipping costs paid. In case of a partial return, the amount of the items that have been retained will always be taken into account. It is therefore possible that you will still be charged shipping costs.
Can I exchange items?
If you want to exchange an article in the webshop, you can return it and then order the correct article again via the webshop. Use the return form and indicate that you want to exchange the item.
In order to exchange items, they must meet the following conditions:
- In the original packaging of the product, with attached tickets, including the original labels;
- complete, unused and undamaged

Warranty:
All new products come with a standard legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. For example, certain suppliers may have a longer (factory) warranty period than the standard 2 years. If this is indicated to us, then this also applies. If the manufacturer's warranty deviates from the statutory minimum warranty, then the same statutory rights that you as a consumer have remain in force.
